1. Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing access to BookRankPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. BookRankPro is a product of 2uall LLC, a company registered in Georgia, United States ("we", "us", or "BookRankPro"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. What BookRankPro is

BookRankPro is a web-based research and publishing tool for Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) authors. It provides live Amazon marketplace data, AI-powered analysis, keyword research, listing copy generation, and other tools to help authors research niches and launch books. The service currently supports the US Amazon marketplace (amazon.com) only.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or give access to another person.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment and access

BookRankPro Pro is sold as a monthly subscription at $19/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard with no penalty.

  • Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., our Merchant of Record. Polar handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and chargebacks. By purchasing, you also agree to Polar's Terms of Service.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee — if BookRankPro does not meet your expectations, email us at support@bookrankpro.com within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use BookRankPro only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Share your account login with others or resell access to the platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service
  • Use the service to generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal
  • Attempt to overload, hack, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
  • Use the service to violate Amazon's Terms of Service or KDP guidelines

6. AI-generated content

BookRankPro uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content such as keyword suggestions, listing copy, and market analysis. This content is provided as a starting point and reference only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all AI-generated content before use. We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, original, or free from errors. Amazon's content policies apply to anything you publish on KDP — it is your responsibility to ensure compliance.

7. Amazon data and marketplace information

BookRankPro retrieves live data from Amazon.com via third-party data providers. This data (including Best Sellers Rank, pricing, review counts, and estimated sales) is provided for informational and research purposes only. Amazon data changes frequently — figures shown in the app represent a snapshot at the time of the request. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Amazon data shown. Estimated earnings and sales figures are approximations, not guarantees of income.

8. Intellectual property

All software, design, and content that makes up BookRankPro — including but not limited to the code, layout, text, and branding — is owned by 2uall LLC and protected by copyright law. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. It does not transfer any ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.

Content you create using BookRankPro tools (e.g. listing copy, keyword lists) belongs to you.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep BookRankPro available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Perform maintenance that may cause temporary downtime
  • Discontinue the service entirely with at least 60 days' notice to registered users

In the event of service discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to give at least 60 days' advance notice. No further charges will be made after the discontinuation announcement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

BookRankPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2uall LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BookRankPro, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

12. Not affiliated with Amazon

BookRankPro is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. "Amazon", "Kindle", and "Kindle Direct Publishing" are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. We use these terms only to describe the marketplace our tool is designed to support.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, United States.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of BookRankPro after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
